provided by Forest City in the Tower City and Network Parking Lots around Public Square. The
RALLY is open to the PUBLIC. THE RALLY WILL TAKE PLACE REGARDLESS OF THE
WEATHER. In the event of bad weather please come by car, The Cleveland Firefighters Memorial
Pipes and Drums will conclude the ceremony with “Amazing Grace”.Post Rally Food and
