The RASKULLS RC is sponsoring the First Annual “YELLOW RIBBON POKER RUN” for some of
the troops from our area.  This ride is dedicated to the 943rd Army Engineering Detachment
currently deployed in Afghanistan.  (Rain alternate October 2nd).  Registration begins at the
Miamisburg American Legion Post 165, located at 35 North Main Street @ 10:00am with
kickstands up at 12:15. Entry donations are: $20 per couple, $15 for a single rider.  There will be
FREE snacks at several of the stops, 50/50 raffle, prize giveaways, silent auction and musical
entertainment. Help us raise money to welcome home these brave young men who are putting

Pink and Chrome - Ride for the Cure (http://pinkandchrome.com/) is an open motorcycle event to
raise money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Greater Cincinnati. This is a pledge ride, with
awesome door prizes, club awards, entertainment, raffles and vendors! You may also register to
participate in a Poker Run during the ride!  Registration begins at 11:00 a.m., with first bike out at
11:00 am, and the last bike in at 4:00 p.m. Prizes and awards will be handed out starting at 4:30 p.

TERMINATE the TUMOR Ride and the TWO BILL BENEFIT, Sign up for the ride at Borderline Bar
and Grill, 83 Harrison Brookville Rd, West Harrison Indiana. 10am. Ride leaves at 11. $20.00 per
bike. The ride will end at Brookville Indiana Town Park (at the firehouse) where the party starts.
Hog roast, chicken, beer garden and live music plus raffles, silent auction and much more. Help
support Bill Monroe who has a stage 4 brain tumor and Bill Collins who has cancer. Both are

The Marty Williams Memorial Committee is hosting the 9th Annual “Marty’s Williams Memorial”
event, to include a motorcycle ride, bike show, and car show.  On October 11, 2002, Marty
Williams suffered fatal burns while working in a steam manhole, at the young age of 28 years old.
The following year, Marty’s friends held a charity ride in his memory, and have had one every
year since. Proceeds of the ride will go to the families of patients at Wishard Memorial Hospital
Burn Center.  All events are open to the public, and we hope to see you there! For more

Legion, 164 Versailles Rd. in Frankfort, Ky. Registration is from 9:00 am to 10:45 am and the
motorcycles go out at 11:00 am. The fee is $15.00 and includes poker hand, meal, and door prize
ticket. $200 cash will be awarded for the best hand. The ride will end with music, 50/50 raffle,

Post 1170, 107 Evergreen Road in Middle town, Kentucky. Registration begins at 1:00 pm and
motorcycles begin leaving at 1:30 pm. The ride is approximately 100 miles with three stops. The
ride fee is $10.00 for the rider and $5.00 for a passenger. The ride fee includes food at the end
